The initial consultation is £48* / per session (approximately 30 minutes) Follow up appointments are £48* / per session (approximately 30 minutes) Local domiciliary visits are £75* / per session with priority given to patients who are not mobile. Domiciliary appointments are subject to availability and booked sessions are approximately 30 minutes.
INSURANCE INFORMATION The Hampstead Physiotherapy Practice operates as a private practice providing treatment for self paying patients as well as patients with private health insurance. Our Practitioners are registered and recognised by all major UK health insurance companies. If you have private health insurance, it is advised that you contact your insurance company to review the terms and conditions of your policy prior to a course of treatment. After you have confirmed physiotherapy treatment with your health insurance company, you have two options. You may either settle the treatment personally and claim back from your insurance company or we can invoice your health insurance company directly. Please click here for a helpful insurance checklist. CANCELLATION POLICY Patients who wish to cancel or change an appointment are kindly requested to provide 24 hours notice to avoid full charges. We reserve the right to make a full charge for each missed appointment, late cancellation or changes without a 24 hour notice period. * Effective 1 September 2011, BUPA insured patient rates are £45.00 for in-practice treatment and £75.00 for domiciliary treatment
