Damon qualified in 1998 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Otago University. In New Zealand he was involved in treating professional athletes and worked with the Wellington Lions and All Blacks rugby teams.

Damon moved to the UK in 2004 and has worked with the British Army Forces where patients undertook intensive physiotherapy and strength programmes.

Damon joined The Hampstead Physiotherapy Practice in 2005 and also has a special interest in Biomechanics.
